The Valknut is Odin's symbol. It is said that it allows warriors to reach Valhalla after death and sit at Odin's table. Additionally, those in Valhalla became Einherjar, Odin's warriors, fighting at his side during Ragnarök, the final battle in Norse mythology.
The engravings on the blade are designed to last for hundreds of years, thanks to a saltwater process and careful treatment.
